There are a number of portable applications which can be put in usb drive to be carried anywhere we go and insert into any computer to do our job. I know of one which I find useful. It is called Paint.NET 3.10.
It helps me to reduce the pixels so that I can upload it to my blog easily. You can also do a number of other tasks with it. If you are interested, here is the link.
