Night scenes at lakes in Quilin

When the tour group I joined set foot on Quilin, it was 5.40 pm. After checking in Quilin Internation Hotel, we had dinner at a restaurant in town before going around the city to feast our eyes on the scenes Quilin has to offer. We were quite tired then. The reasons were given in the following paragraph.

We reached Canton at 11.35 a.m. but the transit plane took off for Quilin at 4.50 p.m. Hence we had lunch at Jinlong Restaurant at Baiyun Internation Airport and went around the shops there before checking in at 3.55 p.m. Imagine having to spend 10 hours air-borne and waiting for transit to reach Quilin, China.

However, we were rewarded with a tour of Quilin lakes at night. We went to four lakes well-lit with colourful lights.
